I have been reading for as long as I can remember. From an early age I have enjoyed getting lost in the amazing stories that I read about in books. That love for books has only grown over the years. I got my love of books from my mother who was an avid book reader. Because of my mother's love of books they were always around me as I was growing up. I still remember reading "The Diary of Anne Frank" as a child and being totally caught up in the story of this little jewish girl hidden away in an attic. I was able to envision that world that was so far away, but yet felt so near. That is the magic of books, they can transport you to any place in the world. I love getting that feeling when I've read something so good that I can't wait to share it with someone. That is how the idea for I Aspire Books book club was born. Through I Aspire Books, I was able to build a reading community of readers and authors who share my JOY of books.​
